Understanding the Return and Refund Policy At Anko Retail
we believe in satisfying our customers to the fullest. That's why our return and refund policy is designed to be as easy as possible. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, follow the steps outlined below to return your item(s).
Standard Return Time Frame
The standard return period for Anko Retail is 7 days. This means if you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you are entitled to return the item within 7 days of the purchase date. Keep in mind, the item should be in its original condition, unused, and with the original packaging and receipt for a hassle-free return process.
Store Credit or Refund
If you've shopped at Anko and walked away or received an item(s) that's not quite right, you may be wondering about your options. There are three options for your return(s) i.e. Product Exchange, in-store credit, or Refund.
Exchanging Products at Anko Retail
Our exchange policy reflects this commitment, designed with simplicity and your convenience in mind. 1. Bring your item /schedule a drop off with your Rider to any Anko Retail store, along with a receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Our friendly staff will assist you in finding a replacement item that best suits your needs.
3. If the replacement item is of equal value to the initial purchase, no additional payment is required. If the replacement is of lesser value, you will be refunded the difference. Conversely, if the replacement item is of greater value, you will need to pay the difference.
Please note: The ability to exchange an item is subject to product availability. Some restrictions may apply based on the nature of the product.
Instore Credit
Instore credit, as the name implies, is a type of refund where instead of getting your money back, you receive a credit that you can use within the store to purchase product(s) of your choice within 7 days.
Refund
Anko Retail also offers a flexible refund policy. You have the option to return your purchase Within 7 days under the specified Condition. Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 48hrs. The refund will cover the cost of the items and not the delivery costs.
