Anko Retail Return & Refund Policy Anko retail is an online platform and one of the leading retail shops in Kenya that seeks to connect Kenyans with household goods at reasonable prices with distribution across the country. 1. Anko retail allows customers to return goods purchased within 7 days of purchase, provided those goods are in good condition. Good condition includes not broken, functionality is working, and packaging is intact. 2. A customer who returns goods can use the funds to purchase alternative items using the same funds; use part of it for purchase and part of it to be refunded. 3. Once goods are returned and accepted back by Anko Retail, a refund will be processed within 24hrs, to the customers designated channel, preferably MPESA wallet. 4. The refund will cover the cost of the items and will not cover the delivery costs.
